What the interest form collects
If you choose to submit an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, city or region, area of interest, optional message, submission time, and consent record. It is for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not provide someone else’s personal information or send identity documents, medical records, financial details, or family dispute documents.
How your details are used
The details are used to review your enquiry and contact you about it and related Founding Circle discussions. Submitting the form does not authorise unrelated marketing, public listing of your details, or automatic addition to a WhatsApp group.
Where the information is stored
Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are accessible through the enquiry interface only to administrators. Authorised hosting, database, backup, and email providers may process data as needed to operate the website. Administrator notifications contain a link to the enquiry, not the submitted details.
Spam prevention and technical data
The supplied form uses an anti-spam field, a security token, and a short-lived rate-limit record derived from a keyed hash of the connection’s IP address. It does not store the raw IP address with the enquiry. Hosting providers may separately keep server and security logs.
Cookies and external services
The supplied theme and plugin do not add advertising, third-party analytics, externally hosted fonts, or social-media embeds. WordPress may use cookies for signed-in administrators. Hosting services or additional plugins may change these practices; this notice must be updated if those services are introduced.
Retention and deletion
The intended practice is to keep enquiry details only while needed for the stated purpose and review them at least every six months. There is no automatic retention purge in this website package. The project administrator is responsible for deleting unnecessary records and managing backup retention with the host. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your details, withdraw permission for further contact, or request deletion. We may need to verify the email address associated with the enquiry before acting. Withdrawal cannot undo contact or processing that has already occurred.
